Fees & Registration:

Any registration will be validated by the organizer after appreciation of the scientific relevance of the applicant.

The fees include the lunches, gala dinner, coffee break, abstract issue and presentation CD.

New registration fees due to October, 5th is free.

Until September, 15th:
Fees for student: 80 € for one day - 120 € for tow days
Fees for academics: 180 € for one day - 290 € for two days
Fees for industrialists: 210 € for one day - 360 € for two days.

After September, 15th:
Registration fees will be due by 15 % increasing after this date.

Accompanying persons are invited to contact the organizer directly to register for the lunches and/or the gala dinner.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration: All speakers and presenters at the conference must register and complete payment. Any registration will be validated by the organizer after appreciation of the scientific relevance of the applicant.

2. Payment: Registration fees must be paid before admission at the conference.

3. Cancellation policy: A 30 € processing fee will be withheld from all refunds. Due to advanced financial commitments, no refunds of registration fees will be considered after August 31th, 2011. Cancellation must be notified by letter or fax to the conference secretariat. Eligible refunds (minus the 30 € processing fee) will be processed after the conference.

4. Confirmation: Upon confirmation that payment is cleared, you will receive an e-mail message to confirm both your payment and registration.
